New build. Stylish. Toured a upper floor facing street. I found sound insulation very bad. Shockingly appealingly bad. Like no attempt made to insulate the apartment from known-busy street noise. Completely unacceptable Didn’t tour any of the units facing court yard

I had really great experiences with Kalia on apartment tour. She was very friendly and personable. All of my questions were answered and she took her time during our tour and she really cares. 10/10

We are very happy living here. The move-in process was smooth and well organized, and the office staff made everything easy from the beginning. The manager is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Everyone we have interacted with has been welcoming and kind. We appreciate the positive atmosphere and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making this a wonderful place to live!
