I would not recommend this apartment community unless the “CARPET” , water heater and A/C units are new and functioning properly. Management refuse to replace old A/C unit and water heater that has bad smell. Maintenance requests have been marked as completed in the resident portal even when the issues were not actually resolved. I have also experienced concerns with mold and mildew near my A/C unit due to up stairs leak, plumbing issues and outdated bathroom fixtures.
