Benjamin at Redpeak is phenomenal. He has worked on several maintenance requests I have submitted this year and is always so communicative and helpful. I first met him when i was in a total panic about my toilet continuously flushing at 5am and he was so nice, calm, and effective. Every experience I’ve had with him has been overwhelmingly positive - he’s just wonderful 🤓
