David Bowie would hate this place.
We have been looking forward to moving to the Bowie but management has been horrid. To start we paid deposits and application fees to hold a unit that we were interested in, to quickly learn it was an ADA unit, something that was not disclosed to us until we placed our deposit. Once we managed to switch our application to another unit, and had placed our deposits and paid fees - which were to hold the price of the lease, we found it impossible to speak to the leasing team.
Toured the apartment and loved the views, floor plan, and amenities but did not end up signing due to other factors. Ashlyn who helped us with everything was truly amazing! She made the process so easy, knew everything about the building, and also open and reassuring regarding prior negative reviews which helped put things at ease.
