Southridge

Just meet Irene, the new property manager at Southridge Pomona, and she was very helpful; answering my questions and listening to my concerns regarding the property. Here's hoping we continue on this new path.

First let me start off by saying your 30 units Apartments are nice and clean. The outside is beautifully well kept. I happen to locate this property by driving by and unfortunately on the day I was being shown two of the vacant units by this very nice lady name Grace she told me it was her last day and upon her taking the time to show me the place she was training a lady who will be the leasing agent on-site who name is Irene. I came in on a Thursday and was told by Grace the necessary documents and all deposits that would be required.

Grace was incredibly helpful and made our first apartment-hunting experience so much more enjoyable. She was always kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Getting your first apartment can be extremely stressful, but Grace made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place to call home!
