What’s up with paying $6 every time I wanna visit my friend?? 😭 insane

Genuinely would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They are constantly finding ways to take more money from students it’s insane. They just took away our free visitor parking hours like a month into the year. They get away with doing everything in the least timely manner possible and never get back to you on anything, but then they find a way to charge you for any wrong move you make. I’m surprised this place has any good reviews at all, but i hear that they used to be somewhat okay. don’t know what happened to them but LIVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I’ve been in contact with the team since July to reverse our water bill charge from a leak. They credited ONE of my roommates and not me or the rest. They consistently ignore you while sending you statement and bills that are either falsified or simply incorrect. This is AMONGST the exorbitant $1,000 move out fees they attempted to charge me with.
