Lark on 14th

Began my lease in 2024 and at that time management was great. Any issue was resolved within a 24 hour period. Now to today, this place is truly the worst. The management sucks, gym is broken, I have been locked out of my apartment multiple times. I am literally writing this review after having driven multiple hours to move out of this horrible place and what do I come upon, my lock has died (it had also died the last time I was here a month ago).

Literally the WORST experience of my life do NOT live here they will not answer the phone if you need emergency maintenance. Our AC went out during a 95 degree week and they wouldn’t answer and when they did they DESTROYED my room moved my stuff, left nails everywhere, water bottles, etc. and didn’t let me know they were coming multiple times. They are terrible I’ve lived in many apartments and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not care, they talk back to you.

Loved living at Lark. The building is very safe, parking was convenient, and the apartment was nice with modern finishes. Ashley and Jessica are super friendly and helpful, and the gym and study spaces were always clean. The other students living here were also friendly and considerate.
