Wish there was more grass outside of all of the units instead of wood chips so my dog could have a better spot outside. I have to walk to get to grass areas. Bigger patios would be cool. No parking available so forced to pay monthly for parking. Added extra hidden fees claiming rent is $1,800 but end up paying around 2,200. That’s an extra $400!!!!!
Candy, was excellent. Very informative. Caring.
Candy was AMAZING . She was kind , patient and made things fast and easy for my family . We applied and got our apartment in the same day, community is super clean, and quiet. We are excited to call Imber our new home.
