Emblem Park

Moved out recently for a reason! Place was great until the management company changed ! It took a year a for the FIRST carpet cleaning ! They offer coffee to residents BUT please check out my pics before moving here ! Coffee is empty the condiments are empty they have t had sugar in a month! The landscaping is horrid ! Please pleas look at the pics ! And make your choice ! I pay $100 more a month for a much much cleaner place! Also the pic of the underwear on the post in the parking garage has been there for a week the parking garage is filthy!

Meant to leave this for some time. The property switched management during the time I was trying to lease and kept giving pushed back timelines on when I would hear back about my application. First I heard 48 hours, then 72, then 4 days, then a week. They lied and said it was “system outages” when in reality it was a management change they were wholly incapable of handling. All the fees I payed for a lease I never entered kept by them, I called once and got through to someone “who would have to check” on refunding them.

Emblem Park is such a beautiful community! Nick, James, Kayla and Alanah are an absolute pleasure to work with and are always wonderful with me and my clients. I’m always greeted kindly and my clients are well taken care of!
