Baldwyn is good move in was good and i got a super clean room. Only issue is maintenance is slow. Thanks to Lennie is great and she helped me a lot. She is the best.
I relocated to Seattle two weeks ago and Baldwyn was one of the first properties I toured. Lennie was the one showing some vacant units to me and she was very considerate with my price point. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the tour and eventually, the move in process. The property is overall well-maintained although the animal smell of the elevator closest to the mail room can be distracting sometimes - perhaps due to its proximity to the dog park next door.
