awesome area and even better apartments! super quiet. all of the amenities and staff are great and the roof alone is so worth it
400 Market Flats has been the perfect place to live at in Philly! The staff, amenities, and design makes you feel right at home. The roof top is a perfect place to relax and take in the best views of Philly too.
if you were here in may/june, you would've dealt with so much early morning construction noise. The building is finished now, looks great, and the rooms are all well put together
