Amazing service. The springs on our garage broke and called in and they could come the same day! We had to book for the next day and Nick was our technician. He was very polite and friendly. After dealing with another company I was not happy with the quote and the service I decided not to get the work done by them. So I started calling different garage door repair company on Friday around 3pm. Several calls and quotes later I called Calgary Garage Door Fix. Right at the beginning on the call the girl I spoke with was very pleasant and upfront with all the information. She suggested couple of options we decided to go ahead with conversion as I have Wayne Dalton garage door. Her quote was also the cheapest I got. She advised Nick will be there between 6pm to 8pm. He was here before that which was wonderful. Prior to doing the job he confirmed price and explained what he will be doing. Got in done with in an hour. Nick was very wonderful and personable. I have been in Canada last 21 years. By far one of the best service I got from Calgary Garage Door Fix. I don’t usually write reviews however when the service is amazing and they where very upfront with the price I had too. Nick was very professional and polite to work with as well. I saw one of their company trucks on Sunday and called them. To my amazement they had Sunday service available at regular rates. Mack came and assessed our problem. He provided great info on what happens with older models of garage openers like ours with a heavier door to lift. We decided to go the route of a replacement ours was 17 yeara old and he was able to do that right then and was done in under and hour.

We got a Liftmaster 81550 installed from this company in August 2023 and it was an awesome experience. The 5/5 google reviews with ~1500 reviews was a good indication. I had a lot of questions prior to booking including questions about warranty, Liftmaster vs Chamberlain, extra remotes / keypads, myQ app, etc. I conversed with Angela who must have answered around 10 questions through 2 to 3 e-mails. All explanations provided were very thorough and well thought out and gave me the confidence to book with this company. Vadim was the technician that came out that day and he was nothing short of awesome. Very friendly guy, he answered all our garage maintenance related questions and helped us replace our garage cables on the side where one was rusting very badly. He cleaned up all the packaging from the new garage opener and removed our old one for us as well. He spent an extra 10 minutes with us to ensure that the myQ app was working with our new Liftmaster garage door opener which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to book with this company.
